Sheep

We decided to sell the remaining sheep in the autumn, with the last ones being sold in November.  We were finding the workload becoming too much for us, and this also allows us to concentrate on the growing cider business.  We still have their wool for sale in our Etsy shop and at farmers markets.

Cider

We are very excited to have started running a monthly stall at the Farmyard Market at Tresemple Farm near Truro.  This is a great market with lots of interesting stalls, running on a proper farm, and we are delighted to be a part of it!  We have both cider and wool available for sale there and attend the first Saturday of the month - keep an eye on our socials for dates.

The apple harvest from our own orchards was the best yet as some of the newer trees start to bear fruit, coupled with a generally high yield of fruit that seems to be the case for 2025.  The whole family were involved in juice pressing this year as there were so many apples to deal with! Watch our the video of our 2025 pressing on Instagram.

The juice is currently undergoing its long and slow fermentation, and will be bottled in May 2026 once final tasting and blending has taken place.
